I'm so excited to launch Customer First to the masses. It's been a passion project for some time and I'm happy I get to share this with others. I've been a strong customer advocate my entire career and have been dumbstruck by how many companies still ignore the value in treating customers with appreciation and respect.
We're slowly entering an age where customers will no longer stand for average service and fanatical support and "wow" experiences will be the new normal. This is the reason it's important for companies to take advantage of how low the bar still is and use this as a differentiator for themselves.
